TETRINEST (“Company,” “App,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when:

• Tenants (shops) install and use the Tetrinest platform through Shopify or other supported integrations; and
• End Users (customers of those shops) access parts of Tetrinest, such as the Canvas or commenting tools, through a tenant’s website.
  
  

By installing or using the App (for tenants) or accessing features provided by the App (for end users), you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Tetrinest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it.

When you install and use Tetrinest, we may collect:

• Account & Business Information: name, email address, billing details, company/shop information, and identifiers provided by Shopify or other platforms.
• Usage Information: statistics about how your shop and team use the App (e.g., number of designs created, nesting activity, workflow management).
• Technical Data: device type, IP address, browser type, and logs of interactions.
• Order & Project Data: files, graphics, and details needed to provide nesting, workflow, and automation services.
  
  

When you interact with Tetrinest through a tenant’s site, we may collect:

• Interaction Data: graphics you upload, comments or feedback you leave, or other contributions made through the Canvas or related features.
• Technical Data: device type, IP address, browser type, and usage logs.
• Order Data (if applicable): order identifiers, design selections, or other details needed to fulfill the tenant’s order through the App.
  
  

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you interact with the Service, or from the tenant with whom you are engaging.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate Tetrinest features for both tenants and end users;
• Facilitate design creation, order management, workflow automation, and commenting;
• Improve and optimize the Service (performance, analytics, and feature development);
• Communicate with tenants about account updates, service changes, and billing;
• Support tenants in providing services to their end users;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  
  

We may also aggregate and anonymize information to analyze trends and improve Tetrinest.

We may share information:

• With Tenants: End user data (uploads, comments, order details) may be shared with the tenant whose site you are using.
• With Service Providers: We use hosting, analytics, and payment providers to operate Tetrinest.
• With Third-Party Platforms: Such as Shopify or other integrations, consistent with their terms and permissions.
• With Successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• For Legal Reasons: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or government requests.
• With Consent: In any other way disclosed at the time of collection.
  

We may also share aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (e.g., usage trends across all tenants).

• Tenants: Can access and update account information through the dashboard.
• End Users: Should contact the tenant (the shop) to manage, update, or delete order-related data, though we may also assist upon request.
• Cookies & Tracking: You may configure your browser to block cookies, but some features may not function.
• Marketing: Tenants may opt out of promotional communications by contacting us.
  
  

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Tenant account data is retained as long as your subscription or integration is active.
• End user data is retained as long as necessary for the tenant’s fulfillment process or as required by law.
• Data may be anonymized and retained for analytics after account closure.
  
  

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the App, tenant dashboards, or by email.
